When you use this website, we may collect your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide through the contact form or newsletter signup. If you book a session, Calendly may collect scheduling and contact information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiries, provide coaching services, and send you relevant updates you have opted into. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be disclosed unless you provide written permission, unless there is a risk to someone's safety, or unless required by law.
Session Recordings and AI Tools
Sessions may be recorded for the purpose of evaluating coaching performance and providing feedback through the NBHWC-approved training program. Artificial intelligence tools may be used to transcribe and summarise session notes. Recordings are securely stored and deleted once notes are completed. No recordings are shared outside of the training program.
