Your personal information will not be disclosed unless you provide written permission, unless there is a risk to someone's safety, or unless required by law. Reasonable efforts are made to protect the confidentiality and security of your information, though coaching services are not healthcare services and coaching records are not medical records subject to HIPAA.

With your consent, coaching sessions may be recorded for training, supervision, quality assurance, certification, note-taking, transcription, or coaching support purposes. Artificial intelligence tools and software applications may be used to transcribe recordings, summarize notes, organize information, and assist with administrative functions. Reasonable efforts are made to use reputable service providers and to protect the confidentiality and security of your information. No recordings are shared outside of the training program. Recordings and transcripts are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they were created and are securely deleted thereafter.
