My approach is grounded in unconditional positive regard for you. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to guide you with structure, thoughtful questions, and support as you reconnect with your energy, strength, and sense of self.

I came to health coaching through personal experience. After more than 30 years of living a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle, I was deeply invested in nutrition and health. It was through navigating chronic pain, burnout, anxiety, and job loss that I chose to turn my experience into purpose.

I bring empathy and curiosity to our work together, creating a space where you feel heard, safe, and supported. I meet you where you are and use evidence-based strategies to help you rebuild trust in your body, restore your energy, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Sessions run 45 minutes via video call. A typical session is a supportive, conversational space tailored to you and what you’re currently navigating. We’ll start by checking in on how you’ve been feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally, along with any goals, challenges, or patterns you’ve noticed since our last conversation (or what’s bringing you in if it’s your first session). From there, we’ll explore areas of your health and lifestyle such as stress, energy, sleep, nutrition, movement, routines, or self-care habits to better understand what may be contributing to how you feel. Together, we’ll identify realistic, sustainable strategies and create small, manageable next steps that feel supportive and achievable for your life.
Health coaching is not currently covered by most insurance plans. However, some HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) plans may reimburse coaching services. It's worth checking with your provider.
All sessions are conducted online via video call, accessible from anywhere. You'll receive a video link after booking confirmation.
