Why I do this work

I came to health coaching through personal experience. After more than 30 years of living a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle, I was deeply invested in nutrition and health. It was through navigating chronic pain, burnout, anxiety, and job loss that I chose to turn my experience into purpose.

I bring empathy and curiosity to our work together, meeting you where you are, creating a space where you feel heard and supported, and using evidence-based strategies to help you regain energy and create meaningful change.

How it works

Most programs hand you a pre-formed plan. This one is shaped around how you actually live. It's built on what's working and it's adjusted as you grow.

Book a free discovery call

We spend 15-20 minutes getting to know each other. You share what's going on, I share how I work, and we decide together if it's a good fit.

Choose your package

Whether you need a one-time session or ongoing support over 3 or 6 months, we find the number of sessions that fits your life and goals right now.

Start coaching sessions

Each 45-minute session starts with a check-in, explores a focus area of your choice, and ends with a new action step aligned with your lifestyle and goals.
