Why I Do This Work
My coaching practice was born from an unexpected transition.
In 2023, I went from thriving to surviving. I was laid off from a career I loved and, shortly after, suffered a severe neck injury during dance practice. Almost overnight, I lost my sense of stability, physical ability, and confidence. Navigating chronic pain and anxiety during that time forced a profound identity shift.
While I have been plant-based for 30 years and have always been passionate about nutrition and movement, this experience taught me that health is much more. It is holistic, individual, and deeply connected to living in alignment with your values.
During my recovery, I realized I did not just want another job. I wanted a career built on growth, integrity, and health. That is why I created Forward Momentum: to provide the same professional guidance that helped me find my way back to myself.
Now, I help people navigate their own transitions. Whether you are burnt out, feeling lost, or unsure about your next chapter, I understand what it feels like to rebuild. I am here to help you rediscover your purpose and move forward with confidence.
